Our Fees and Charges

Membership Fee

If you enjoy your time at Phoenix Park and would like to be part of its future growth, become a Member.  Membership fees consist of a one-off $2.00 entrance fee and an annual subscription fee of $10.00. 

If you choose to be a member, you will not need to pay the annual administration fee.

Phoenix Park is managed by our Co-Ordinator Christine McKenna who is responsible for the management and day to day running of the programs and activities.

Christine is supported by Carmel Zita, our Assistant Co-Ordinator who supports the office activities and by Jo Yeates our Book-Keeper.

The Committee of Management

Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House is governed by a Volunteer Committee of Management consisting of representatives from the community. Our Committee represents a cross-section of the community of different ages and gender and includes people who are employed, retired or not in the work force.  Our committee share a commitment to building a better community through the Neighbourhood House.

Venue hire

The Phoenix Park facility is managed by the Stonnington Council.  Please direct enquiries to the Stonnington Council Venue Hire if you wish to book a room in the Community Centre for a party, conference or other major event or contact the Recreation Services officer at the City of Stonnington on 8290 1193

Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House has been operating for over 13 years and has grown steadily since its inception - over 900 people visit us each year.  In order to build on what we have achieved over the past 13 years, we need a strong membership base.

Computer room hire

monitorOur computer room is available for hire by community / school groups or for training purposes. We have eight computers using Windows 7.
