Membership Fee

If you enjoy your time at Phoenix Park and would like to be part of its future growth, become a Member.  Membership fees consist of a one-off $2.00 entrance fee and an annual subscription fee of $10.00. 

 If you choose to be a member, you will not need to pay the annual administration fee. 

As a member of Phoenix Park you are eligible to have a say in the future direction and operation of the Neighbourhood House.

Class Payments

All course fees must be paid when enrolling.  In special circumstances we can arrange for payments to be made in instalments.

Annual Administration Fee

You will pay an annual administration fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child in addition to the course fee.  You will pay this fee once only during the calendar year and it will be added to the course cost on your first enrolment each year.

Refunds

Classes run subject to having minimum numbers enrolled.  If a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, you will be notified and a full refund issued. If you cancel an enrolment prior to 72 hours before the course commencement date, you will be refunded the course fee less an administration fee of $10.00.  NO REFUND is given once a course has commenced.

Concession

If you hold either a valid Pensioner Concession Card or a Health Care Card you can apply for a concession of 15% on the cost of some courses.  Please contact reception for further details on 9530 4397.

Computer room hire

monitorOur computer room is available for hire by community / school groups or for training purposes. We have eight computers using Windows 7.
