Casual class charges

The charges for Tai Chi, BeatFIT, Yoga, Pilates/Yoga and Yogaflow exercise classes are based on participants paying in advance for the term.  Casual rates are as listed and payable at each session.  The annual administration fee of $10.00 is payable in addition to course / casual fees.

Elder abuse is a hidden problem in the community.  Come along and learn about the types of elder abuse, how to talk about this issue by using stories, what to do if someone tells you they are being harmed, how to keep talking to provide support and the professional support services available.  You could help people to understand and talk about it.  Afternoon Tea provided.
